This page states clearly what our products are for — and what they are not for. It applies to every enquiry, every order, and every distributor in our network.
We distribute food-grade nitrous oxide (N₂O), food additive E942, in professional cylinders. It is authorised in the EU as a packaging gas and propellant for food. In professional kitchens and bars it is used to whip cream, make foams and espumas, and prepare infusions.
Our products are supplied only to verified businesses:
- hospitality and food-service businesses (hotels, restaurants, cafés, bars, caterers), and
- licensed B2B distributors serving that sector.
Every buyer must:
1. be a registered company with a valid VAT or CIF number;
2. take delivery at commercial premises (no shop fronts, no residential addresses);
3. pass our verification (KYC) process; and
4. sign our End-Use Declaration before first supply.
- Not for consumers. We do not sell to private individuals, and this website does not offer products to consumers.
- Not for recreational use. The sale of nitrous oxide for recreational inhalation is prohibited in Spain. We do not supply for that purpose, and we prohibit everyone in our network from doing so.
- Not for retail shelf sale. We do not supply retail shopfronts, and our distributors agree not to place the product into channels where recreational misuse is likely.
Before first supply, every customer signs a declaration confirming that:
- the products are purchased solely for professional culinary use, or for authorised onward B2B distribution to the hospitality sector;
- the customer will not sell or supply the products for recreational use, and will not sell to consumers where prohibited;
- the customer accepts responsibility for compliance in their own onward sales; and
- supply may be suspended or ended immediately if misuse is suspected.
We may decline any enquiry, refuse or cancel any order, and end any distribution relationship — without compensation — where we believe our products may be diverted to recreational or otherwise unlawful use. We cooperate with authorities where the law requires it.
